Pick a time

See what's actually free and choose a slot yourself. Good if you'd rather not go back and forth over messages.

The calendar only loads if you press the button. Nothing is sent anywhere before that.

For when talking feels like too much right now. Write as little as you like and we'll take it from there.

Every counselling session is the same ₹1,000 for an hour, whatever you bring to it. Workshops are priced separately, depending on the group and the format — just ask and we will work it out.

If the fee is the thing standing in your way, say so in your first message. It's a normal thing to ask about and we would rather know.

What happens after you reach out

  1. A person reads it. Not a bot. There is no chatbot on this site and there never will be. Your message goes to Nikita or Narender.
  2. You get a reply, usually within [FILL: realistic reply window, e.g. one working day].If it's taking longer than that, it's because we're in sessions, not because your message was ignored.
  3. The first reply asks two or three small things. What you'd like support with, in as much or as little detail as you want; whether online or in person suits you better; and a couple of times that work. That's it — no forms, no questionnaire.
  4. We agree a time and send the details. For an online session you'll get a link. For in person you'll get the address and directions.
  5. The first session is a conversation, not an assessment. You talk, we listen, and somewhere in there we'll ask what you're hoping for. Nobody is going to hand you a worksheet in the first ten minutes.
  6. Afterwards, you decide.Whether to come back, how often, and with whom. If we think you need a kind of support we're not the right people for, we'll say so and help you find it.
  7. You can stop at any point. Before the first session, after the first session, or six months in. Tell us and we stop. You don't owe anyone a reason.

Send us a note

If you're getting in touch about someone under 18, the first question below matters — a parent or guardian has to be the one who contacts us.

Is this session for yourself, or for someone under 18?

If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to be the one who contacts us. That's not us being difficult — it's what Indian law asks of us, and it's how we make sure the adults around you know what's happening.

If this is for someone under 18

A parent or legal guardian has to start this. Please fill in your own details here, not the child's.

There is also a short consent form to read and sign before a first session — download the parent/guardian consent form (PDF). You can bring it to the session or send it back to us.

For example: mother, father, legal guardian.

Please read the note about reporting on ourchildren and teens page before you send this.

How we reach you

One of these two is enough — whichever you'd rather we used. You don't have to give us both.

Anything you'd like to say

A line is plenty. "I don't know yet" is a perfectly good answer, and so is leaving this empty. You can tell us the rest when we talk.

You can change your mind at any point after this, including after you've booked. Just tell us and we'll stop.
