Some questions to sit with

Three short sets. They're not quizzes and they don't add up to anything — they're just questions that are sometimes easier to answer when somebody else asks them.

These are just questions to think about — not a test, and not a diagnosis. There's no score at the end.

What happens with your answers

Nothing. There's no score, no result, no label and no category. At the end you get a short paragraph reflecting back what you picked, one article you might like, and the option to talk to someone if you want to.

Your answers stay in the browser tab you're reading this in. They aren't saved, sent anywhere, or counted — not by us, and not by anyone else. Close the tab and they're gone.

These questions can't tell you what's going on, and they aren't a substitute for talking to a professional. If something here lands heavily, that's worth taking seriously rather than working out on a website. Help right now is one page away, always.
